Habitat for Humanity gets a huge amount of materials donated.
New cabinet, counter top, tile, etc. etc. etc.

So much is donated, that they have started running discount stores to 1)get rid of all the extras, and 2) get money for the material.

Look to see where the nearest Habitat for Humanity store is.
The bargains are so good that if you need to drive a couple hours is will be worth in.
