Reply to New lease
New lease (Score: 1) by Anna Mouse on Thursday, March 15, 2012 @15:34
Okay getting ready to print and mail a brand new lease to my current tenant. With the lease is a letter that gives tenant about 14 days to read, sign and have it post marked.

Is it clear that if it is not post marked by that date the offer is null and void?

I am not signing this lease until I get it back. Am I covered that the lease will not commence until it is in my hands I have checked for any changes and signed it?

In that letter I also told them to send me notice post marked the same date if they were not going to lease another term. Will that fly?

Comments or suggestions appreciated.
