Is there a change in the lease terms? Yes or no, is this enough notice as my required by your state's laws (most require 30 days- for a change in lease terms at least)?

Since we haven't seen your verbiage, we cannot comment on the clarity.

If you always sign your leases as proof that you also have accepted the lease terms, then yes.
