This is the sale of a peice of personal property. Would you hold the store responsible if you got hurt on it when you originally purchased it? Why?
It is a different question, whether you want to allow use of a trampoline on your rental property. My answer to that would be, don't allow it, too much potential for personal injury, although I can't imagine where your liability would lie in the tenant's use of his personal property for exercise & entertainment.
