I paid rent every month to my twin brother and a week ago he woke me up and told me that I must go to emergency room and get checked out. He told me that he been to my dr and had a talk with my doctor about me. I said why u go behind my back and discuss my health. He said that dr told him it was not normal for me to sleep all the time. I told him that I was not feeling to well that day. That why I had to take a nap. I didn’t think nothing of it. I went along with my brother and went to the er. While. I was waiting to be seen by the dr. I ask my brother will u support me and he said yeah. don’t worry! He decided to get up and go for a smoke break. I waited a half hour for him to come back. He never did. Finally. I got done with the dr and they told me that the test they ran came back and did not find anyhing abnormal with me and discharge me. I had to call a taxi to my brother home. Once I got there. my brother truck was there. The blinds was drawn closed and the door was locked. I knocked on the door. no one would answer. So I decided to call police. Within minutes the woman cop came and knocked on the door and use a flashlights to try to draw attention cuz my brother is deaf. He still would not answer. The cop said I can tell u to break in cuz u do pay rent there but I cannot do anything more for u. I told her that he threw me out with nothing. No clothes. My oxygen machine is in the house. My cat and my cigs and money is in that house! After. the cop left I went next door to a neighbor’s of my brother to ask him for help. he said he can call the fire dept and they get your machine for u. In a few minutes they came. I told them what happened with me and my brother. They banged on the door and flashed big white and red lights at the window of his door. Finally Joe open his door and they told him I was allowed to get my stuff. He only brought my oxygen machine my money and my cigs and my cat and her food and cat litter box. He wouldn’t let me get my clothes and undergarments. I was distraught and upset. I didn’t know what to do. I end up spent the night there on the the couch of my brother’s neighbor. Next day I saw my brother getting ready to go into his garage. I ran out to his garage and got in before the garage closes. My brother Joe was surprised that he saw me. He proceeded to tell me to get off his property. Then he tells me that my dr lied to him. He said that my dr told him that she was supposed to take care of me. While I was there I saw my scooter was not there. I knew that he has been to my storage and put some of my stuff there. After I left My brother’s girlfriend came over and dropped a bag of food by the door. I looked inside of the bag. It was some of the tv dinners I had bought. She didn’t bring all of it. Next day I made a lot of calls and I made a decision to go to my storage place in Florida to see what I there. I notice that my brother took a lot my stuff. He took my 19inch flat screen monitor for my computer. My dresser is gone. My 3 bags that has my hearing aids is gone. Some of my clothes is gone. I don’t think he has right to touch my stuff and move them anywhere he pleases. The cop in Port Richey FL told me it was against the law for him to touch my things and to move them. My brother did finally give me the key to the storage also I did call the storage place and had a second lock put on so my brother try to go back and take more. He could have made a copy of it. My question to u can I sue my brother even if I had to move to my son’s home to save my life instead of going to the shelter and losing my expensive cat. I don’t even know how I can make it back to Port Richey Fla. To get my family heirlooms. What can I do? I am very upset! Why my brother drive me and my stuff from Ohio to Fla and then dump me out on the streets like I am trash!!
