Can I embed two changes into one Notice? (in Cali) (Score: 1) by Anonymous on Saturday, March 17, 2012 @01:36
I want to give our tenants (in CA, rented SFH longer than a year) proper 60 day notice that their rent is going up AND that they will no longer be responsible for trash pickup. The trash pick up costs will be the amount we raise the rent so we're really not raising the rent, just embedding the trash services costs which will make things easier for us overall.

Can I just put these two things on one notice of a change in terms of tenancy, or do I need two different notices? I couldn't find the answer in my Nolo book. T.I.A.
