Actually no one knows what happened in LL office. But, I try to work thing out - make sure the payment to be cached on time.

My rental lease does have LL company name and address. And that the title on my check and where the check is sent to. And the checks were cashed, but took much longer time. There is no other special instructions about sending a check to any other address on my rental lease. When PC banking asks if the address is correct, LL replies "YES" but suggested to add "the leasing office". Oddly, this morning, a worker in LL office told us that adding "the leasing office" or not does not help, but add individual name. LL does not told tenant to add individual name.

The matter is even March payment arrives LL's office ( I did add the leasing office) on 2/27/2012 based on the post office return receipt and I "guess" that $399.80 inculdes the March late fee ( I am sorry i do not know what items are included in $399.80 on a warning notice from LL). I have been waiting for LL to itemize it for me for 5 months. But LL choose to contact their lawyer to schedule a curt date.

Thus, both I and PC banking try to get the payment process done on time and under tracing. An Electronic Payment Enrollment Form was just provided by PC banking. And I forwarded to LL to fill out. And hope that stop this late fee.
