Not unless the your lease agreement includes language that would allow you to recover the cost of the claim from your tenant, which is highly unlikly (this is not a typical cost of collection under the lease). Under what type of claim would you file this? It's not a debt owed to you by the tenant (no promissory to pay) nor is it a part of any contract between you and tenant (no contract that covers this expense). I think you just have to eat this one.
