Does your lease just end or does it roll over into a month to month? What will you do if the tenants pay stubs indicate a lower income than originally required? Do you have a requirement for tenant to notify you if they are not renewing? Do you know what your notice responsibilities are to tenant? Is there a penalty for failure by tenant to give notice? What are the notice requirements in your lease? Have you sent the tenants a notice to inform them of any notice requirements to end lease? Are you prepared to non renew the lease if the tenants background has changed below your acceptance standards? What and how are you going to renew the lease if damages have occurred by tenants upon inspection of rental? Are you prepared for a list of maintenance request?
