That's why the inspection was done to check on whether extra tenant, and leaks in plumbing. I plan to do another inspection later in the year. I have seen some leases include the requirement of the changing furance filter and if not and causes damage to the furance it will be fixed at the expense of the tenant.

Personally, I would feel strange inspecting the property every month and would not consider doing that. If I notice anything unusual (I live close by), I'd do another inspection earlier.
