I recently moved into a wonderful community only to find out that to my dismay the neighbor downstairs is a racist. The first day we moved in the cable was being hooked up at 1 pm and she came out of her door and chewed out my brother and the cable guy saying her children where napping. A day later she came over to say that we were to loud at night which is not true because my family was asleep. She has been ringing our door bell and leaving before we could answer as well. We notified the office but they gave my family a writtenn nuisance warning. The 13 year old boy who resides in the residence has lit a dumpster on fire, threatend my son, and hurt other neighborhood children. The office is aware but I am terrified that I might be evicted based off of her lies. Does she have to prove that her claims are valid or is my family completly at the mercy of the office managers discretion? I also just returned home from very intense training with the United States Army and am very hurt that this is the treatment my family who sacrifice so much is recieving.
