Try to keep your posts within the same thread when posting on the same situation. So your verbal agreement was to reduce the monthly rent by $100 in exchange for tenant forfeiting his SD at the end of the lease. If this is truly the case, then you should send the SDSS showing the SD was taken for rent due per the agreement and also show all additional charges for the damages/repairs.
