Very important "what if one person who is qualified leaves the one who is not behind". This question is important for those that require a credit score that is less then stellar. In my senario A the person who qualifies has a great credit score. Therefore if that person would live the other person(s) behind it will wreck there credit.
So someone who uses this idea but allows a credit score less than 700 should consider your advice
Also are we absolutly sure that people who are married can be treated different than those who are not? I am worried that that would be discrimination on family status.
