Thanks for the response.

Yes the complaints come from an owner occupied condo. The majority of these complaints are from him, but most of the problems with the community stem from another owner who seems to get the complaining owner worked up. I think they give him bad information about the laws and what he deserves.

Thanks again for the advice on getting an attorney. I was considering it, but wanted to see if it could be resolved through the neighbors.
