Hi,
I have a related questions. When landlord give tenant 24 hours notice about access the property e.g showing the property to prospective tenants, it is hard to put it in paper. Particularly when showing the house and I locate remotely, even though having a local helper, but still it is convenient to inform current tenant in email or texting. Is that ok? Also any suggestion on best way to inform tenant about showing the property? Thanks,
