OK...this thread has deviated substantially from what I had intended. I'm glad you "ALL understand my point of view" and "hope [I] understand what people have been trying to tell [me];" However, I understand exactly what people are telling me, yet it is NOT WHAT I AM ASKING!

I don't know how to be more clear. I WANT REFERENCES TO STATUTES, DOCTRINE, CASE LAW, etc. THAT SUPPORT THE ARGUMENT!!!

If YOU truly understood what I am asking, YOU would know that the answer is NOT in "telling me." IT IS IN SHOWING ME! I have mentioned this several times throughout this thread and yet it still seems to not sink in.

So thanks for your input, but if you don't support your position with either a statute, legal doctrine, or case law, please do not continue to post.
