The professional tenant knows how to abuse the landlord-tenant housing laws in order to live “rent free” or to prolong the eviction process. Essentially, creating issues of damage and lease violations where none technically or practically exist. The PITA tenant is the unprofessional tenants who simply violates the lease agreement in order to cause frustration for the landlord. As already stated, a “troll” deliberately posts provocative messages with the intent to cause disruption and argument.

In my opinion ...
Most of the anonymous posters on the LPA website are regular delinquent tenant posters from other “free advice” websites. Feel free to ignore their rhetoric. Their illogical perspectives are skewed due to a lack of financial accountability to the property and a lack of moral obligation for either the landlord or lease agreement. While I am being kind, some landlords just call them "TROLLS."
