You are wrong. A lease cannot legally permit someone to give up their rights granted to them by the state or the federal government.

You're one sicko if you check weekly. What are you doing? Checking the underwear drawers too? It's sick to be that enmeshed in doing this.

You have to follow your state laws about access, no matter what the lease says. If push comes to shove, and in many states, an unauthorized person unexpectedly found in the house would be meeting my friend, Sig.
