The landlord can collect a favorable court ordered money judgment by either (i) garnishing the tenant’s current employment income wages, (ii) placing a bank lien against the tenant’s established bank account, or (iii) placing the money judgment on the tenant’s credit profile which may affect future employment, rental or financial transactions which require clear credit.
