LPA Lease Rental Agreement has fifty-four (54) lease clauses and is obviously more detailed.
LPA Rental Agreement has thirty-one (31) lease clauses and is thorough, but omits common state specific lease clauses and specific issue lease clauses, such as Plumbing Stoppages, Daily Rental, etc.
