Over the years I have found a radical difference between tenant moveouts when I use the "Triple Play" of forms and moveouts when I don't. Whether it is the tenant's idea to move or if you are requiring the tenant to leave, these forms can save you substantial money in clean up and repairs.

    Dear Mr. Reno:
    My question for the attorney is this; my tenants moved out suddenly without notice; they claim that their state housing support had been withdrawn. Its been 3 days now I have not seen anyone at apt. though I knew someone came back because the upstairs light was on then yesterday turned off. They have not returned any keys how can i legally enter and take back possession of apartment to get it back on the market?

    A: You need to get a big pipe and cane and one of those hats and do some investigating. No point going to court if they're out. You may have to break in to find out. (Got some binoculars?)
