And just as a side note. IF, repeat, IF your state does allow for you to put her out with no notice. DO NOT just throw her belongings on the curb. You have to exercise reasonable care. Something along the lines of putting them in a storage facility under her name and making a video of her stuff before you do. That way she will not claim that there was more than she actually had. I know this is a pain in the rear end, but, gotta do what ya gotta do.
