I actually enjoy painting, I love to paint ceilings. I'm pretty fast at it also , my husband says he's a lucky man .lol I do charge the tenant for it (I have 6 sisters and one of them makes me a reciept). I'm fairly handy at repairs and enjoy doing them, I'm leary with electrical, anything past changing fixtures and switches/plugs I dont do. I'm just not willing to pay someone for something that I can do and also it's great exercise. And as the first poster stated the judges in theis area wouldnt go along with some of the prices on the list that is on this site.
