I have rent a room to someone in the back of my house she a problem her boyfriend is always there from thursday to Monday every week its hard to get the rent from her been there for 8 month I am now sick of her and her broke boyfriend can't get in my driveway cause his car be there I told her the room was for one person but he there half the time Yesterday she said she can't pay me for Jan because she lost her job and I have to wait a couple of weeks for it by then feb be due what now.
