WELL THIS IS MY PROBLOM. MY MOM AND DAD STAY UP STARES FROM ME .THEY RENTED IT FOR 350.00 ALL BILLS PAYED.THEY HAVE BEEN HERE FOR 7 MONTHS KNOW AND I AM WONDRING HOW TO GET THEM OUT. THEY HAVE NEVER PAYED ANY BILL HERE OR RENT.I AM SCARED TO TELL THEM TO LEAVE THE LAST TIME THAT I DID THAT THEY STARTED A BUNCH OF STUFF HERE.THE COPS DID NOTHING AND I AM SCARED FOR ME AND MY FAMILY.PLEASE HELP ME

Youre a loser. I would cause u problems too. That's your mom and dad. Let them stay. Who puts their parents out? No matter how horrible they were to u in past or present, u catch more flies with honey. The Bibile says honor your mother and father. Not honor them only if they were good to you. Sad

Me and my girlfriend moved into a house together.Neither of us have signed a lease. Well, we broke up and now she thinks that i should be the one to leave but I refuse. I paied all of the money to move in here and am still paying for everything. She says she's going to have me evicted and is going to have me served with eviction papers. Can she even do that?

To Heather, Which is it? You wrote that they rented "it" for $350 ? "All bills paid." Did they pay rent or not? You wrote "...stay up stares from me." That is very confusing how you worded this info...You claimed they rented "it for 350 all bills paid"...then you turn around and claim that they've never paid for any bills or rent? Also not making any sense is another part where you write that they "STAY UP STARES FROM ME." That does not sound like they live in a home with you that is shared. Sounds to me like you live in a downstairs apartment and they have an upstairs unit. Gee, how do I surmise that you obviously do not own a two story home and that your parents live upstairs ;) LOL- logic tells me so. Hmmm...."Last time that I did that they started...." SMDH! So now you're trying to claim this has happened before. Why would you have them move back in if this type of behavior has happened before? Then you claim "The "cops did nothing..." Gee, I wonder why? I think if anything, it's the other way around, and your parents want you to leave because of being a deadbeat. I also agree with the above poster- shame on you with that attitude towards your parents. Tsk tsk!

Heather don't listen to that other person. Only you know your situation. What if my mother was living in my house and doing drugs and I found d out and I have children oh that's OK. Or my father who tried to rapeme I'm supposed to honor!! No way. Anyone can be biological parent. I' be had years of counseling with a spiritual advisor who advised me for my own health, sanity, and my children stay away from my sick family. If nothing g bad is going on you would not be scared and the police would not have been there! I don't know what state you live in but every state laws are different. You need to talk to a lawyer and tell them everything. Also, documentation, documentation, documentation!! Pictures and tapes donot lie!! And that is advise I got from my lawyer. You cannot tapes conversation between you and another person without them knowing. That is illegal, however, dogs barking g constantly, fighting, abusive language, copies of harassing phone messages all admissible. If you cannot afford a lawyer check out all free legal options and state services. And if by spchance you are disabled that is a huge plus on your part. I had to get rid of some family members out of my life and I spoke with my priest about it, i felt bad because I was brought up a devout Catholic, he told Me if someone punched him in the face or stile from him yes he would forgive them but it does not meabpnhe would-be so stupid as to let them in his house or around him again to do the same thing!! I've been going through some really terrible stuff with landlords I won't tell you because some of the stuff is so bizzare you would not believe it! I'm very very sick and disabled and have been harassed to the point I feel like I am going to loose my mind. I had 2 surgeries in the last month I can't make stairs so I have to move sofor punishment after showing her medical documentation which is illegal for a labpnlord to even ask about disabilities, my heat has been shut off and now I have pneumonia. Her and her daughter talk about me all the time the walls are really thin and I hear everything they say. I was woken up at one am, then 4 because they decided it was time to do laundry! My building g is so old it shakes, prior to this place a drunk who had other people's stuff on my electric, here I got a double gas bill for a month that I was gone 10 days with the heat off. She has her brother come here and mess with the heating system. I can take alot of legal action but I have stuff like this. And I do believe God sees and knows all that is being done to me and there will be justice through him. Before all this an apartment inspected by HU D that they knew the roof leaked and had black mold prior tenant was inspection 8 there for 6 years and begged for help constantly. So since I stood up for myself there they call any place decent I try to move to and slander me!! This is the shit movies are made of. And it is so corrupt no one will help me at all. I have no choice but to leave section 8 and the area for good. They are pushing me to have a heart attack or a breakdown. Family or not. The worst betrayal s I have had were from my family and they know I am seriously ill and have been going through all this stuff and all they care about is what they can take from me. So believe me, strangers can be much nicer and honest. You are in my prayers there is nothing worse than being miserable in your own home. And even through the law may be on your side. I know what you mean about the fear of repercussions from sick people and how evil they can be. So becareful.
