70 degrees? My house is never set that high. Are you sure about that temperature?

In some states (even up north) tenants expect to walk around in their undies at midnight in the middle of winter and still be sweating like it's summer... In the Summer they want it to be 60 inside but in the winter they want it to be 75... Go figure! I keep my own apt at 72 in the summer and 64 in the winter!
