what if this was ur apt? would u want to live with ants, in an apartment u expect to be pest free. Since my yard has flooded, i am in the process of dealing with ants now. ITS NOT FUN. ITS ACTUALLY DISGUSTING! And, it would be alot easier to control(maybe), if the apt is vacant. Ive tried professional help once, in the end, when we still had ants, we were told, " well, we can only control them, we cant kill them all". let him out of the lease, control the problem, then rent it again.
