If you are served with the husband's notice that he is breaking the lease and remove his name from it, what will you do when the wife tells you she still loves him and moves back in? He is not on the lease and not financially responsible. Or, the new boyfriend starts coming and going and he is not on the lease either. Again, it is not your job to find a remedy for their domestic dispute. As long as they are married, you will have a problem with the husband coming and going whether he is on the lease or not. Because the wife will be going back and forth about it.
