I agree with the above poster, unless your confined to a bed then there is no reason you should be on disability. I've had severe back injuries that required surgery but I am still capable of working, the SSI system is full of deadbeats that are depleating our SS of its funds. I say if your back bothers you then have you sit in bed and answer phones for a call center. Watch Judge Judy or Judge Joe Brown when they encounter someone on disabilty, they have the same view.

HOW ABOUT YOU KISSING MY DISABLED ASS!! LIKE YOU SAID YOU ARE STILL CAPABLE OF WORKING, IT WAS DETERMINED BY DOCTORS, MINE AND THEIRS THAT I AM NOT SO F**K YOU YOU SIMPLE MINDED B**CH. FOR ONE WHAT I GET IS SOC SEC FROM THE TIME I PUT IN WORKING BEFORE MY ACCIDENT AND SURGEY. JUST BECAUSE YOU PROBALLY TRIED TO DEFRAUD THE GOVERNMENT DOES'NT MEAN EVERYONE ELSE IS TRYING TO.

Chill, Teddy. Don't forget that the SSI you paid was supporting folks drawing it at that time; the SSI you draw now is provided by current taxpayers. You are not receiving the $$ you paid in yesterday, you are receiving the $ I and every other taxpayer pays in today. So we're entitled to our feelings on the matter, even if you don't want to hear 'em (although, as I'm occasionally reminded, this isn't the forum for that discussion).

If you want some help for your concerns as a tenant, try finding a tenant advocate forum online or call your local trnant advocate office, rather than ask a roomful of LLs who are members of the LL PROTECTION AGENCY website! Use some common sense and don't be so touchy. Remember, most of us have been screwed by a large number of you.

Now come on teddy, the poster has probably seen bunch of worthless people on disabilty and he is entitled to his opinion. I have seen my fairshare of people claiming they are disabled (and some are) but there is a large number that are just plain lazy (not implying about you.

oh please, u sound like a complete troll. In my brief time as being a landlord, only a year and a half, I have seen so much disability fraud, it makes me sick to my stomach. I've had so many of my own tenants looking for work, who are receiving disability it's a crime. Had a tenant who just left after being with me for 6 months. She collected an enormous amount of disability payments for her and her children, but yet the first day they moved in I saw her bolting up the stairs carrying very heavy items. Hear from my other tenant, that she did find work cleaning houses, some bad leg huh?

And as far as defrauding the government, it's low lifes who commit disability fraud that defraud the government.

But that's ok, I'll be more than happy to take their disability check and put it in my pocket. Even lying scumbag losers need a place to live, right Teddy?
