Re: When can I dispose of tenant's belongings - Landlord Forum thread 193601

Re: When can I dispose of tenant's belongings by K (FL) on December 27, 2009 @22:51

Landlords in Fl have the right to move all tenants belongings to the curb and change the locks when the sheriff comes to haul out the tenants after the court orders an eviction.
Something your LL friends should have done 13 months ago. Day after the rent check is late, I post a 3 day Pay or Quit. 3 days after that, I file for eviction. Until the judgment, they are off limits.
