Fix the problem. If tenant is reasonably clean, the ants are probably caused by cracks and bad seals, and that's your problem.

I agree our problems is that condos were built on old buffalo farm and the ground was not treated before hand, they have sprayed, shot foam but to no avail they came in to another area I agree if you leave food or water out the it does compiles the problem but that's not every case a lot of times it depends on the builder due diligence
