Thanks for the reply, I'm just wondering what you (or others) might do if you were the landlord? Basically the parking lot is "full", that is, every space has been "given away" to somebody already under their own lease.

So where would this disabled space go? A "van accessible" spot is really the size of 2 regular spots, and we only have about 15 spaces total. Somebody already has a "claim" to each of these spots. Is somebody going to have to give up space they've already been told to use under their lease?
