Why would you want her to pay to the end of August, then still get her out now? Once she is evicted, anything you get is a bonus. She should pay what is owed, nothing more. If she pays in full, she may be able to take YOU to court for continuing the eviction. In MN, if a tenant pays in full, they can stay. I am not 100% sure what would happen in a hearing where the Tenant paid in full after the eviction hearing, and the LL still got the Writ and was removed. But, I bet it would not look good on your part...
