I have changed with the new tenant and the new lease. I'm not going to have this happen again, believe me. Never going to clean anyone else's scum in the bathroom again :))
I've never had a window just break either.
I don't think it would be worth it for this ex-tenant to take me to court or anything over keeping part of the deposit, so I may charge them for cleaning.
