Thanks Jake for your feedback. My realtor is a family member who has his own realestate company for over fiftey years and I was apprehensive to accepting this tenant. However, once they were in the picture I guess I couldn't deny them based on discrimination - go figure. It's been a nightmare since w/ constant issues including with the staff for section eight. In the future, I'll honestly never go w/ a section eight tenant again.

Most Sec. 8 landlords are like you. Once is enough.
