I had a problem like that what I did was sit the two together in my office like they were little kids in the principals office and told them either they both had to behave and be civil with one another or they would both be kicked out. I eventually later on when they both settled down, moved one to the other side of the complex. Now the one that stayed behind is stalking the one that moved by driving past his apt. Geeze some people are just crazy.
