In a SFH, you can let them fight. They will break stuff once in a while, like windows, doors, holes in walls. Eventually there will probably be domestic restraining order, then you will have a good mess.

In a multifamily, it impacts your other tenants. They must be removed immediately.

So, just get rid of them as soon as possible, before they do damage, like this week. I do not tolerate fighting.

I've had the same in my duplex. Each have different shifts and both are argueing with ea. other. My solution: Fight it out...suck it it up and grow up or of course move out.
