If you will actually read my post I did not say anything about false pretenses. I am just sick of tenants claiming to be so emotionally fragile that they need a snapping lap dog to make it through the day.

I think it was false pretenses because of a deliberate omission.

She may have followed the letter of the law about what she disclosed, but she pulled a sneaky and underhanded thing to get what she wanted.
