Reading their website, it is obvious that these folks are contractors who work with insurance companies or insured owners to offer temporary housing when a property has been damaged and must be vacated to be rebuilt or restored. This means your property will be offered to folks on a short-term basis and you will be dealing directly with a large company that does not have a physical presence in your city. While the tenants are likely to be average folks waiting for their house to be rebuilt, you will not be dealing with them directly. If you have a problem, you'll have to handle it with ALE by phone or email and that doesn't sit well with me. Personally, I wouldn't do it. Don't want short term rental, frequent turnover, long periods of vacancy, and unknown tenants in my units.

Not only is the company somewhere else, if you have a problem you will talk to a different person every time who will not know anything about you. The person you really need to talk to is always unavailable. Bear in mind too that this company has a lawyer on retainer.
