I would not try to squeeze more out of this than is due. If you know your tenant is moving and your tenant has not offered a notice, why have you not called yet and ask? How long have you known?

i just found out through a neighbor who asked if she let me know and she said no... i have property here and its a 30day written notice in wi to vacate.. i just wanted to know what it was in alabama..

I believe it's a 30 day notice to vacate, in writing. If it where me, I'd just give her a call and ask, communication is key!!
