I doubt it will speed things up or delay them as the wife can still appear in court to appeal. if she is a no show, its as with both are a no show. his being in jail doesnt strengthen their case to stay. and i sure hope you DID put her name on the paperwork. let your conscious be your guide...

If the warrant is anything short of murder, I can not see any interest in your state arresting the tenant and I do not see any interest in the state that issued the warrant coming after him.
