I dont know if it would open me to more problems. That is why im drawing on the experience of others in order to help the decision making process moving forward. What you don't know is that I already have made concessions for these tenants. I agreed to $50 per month less rent and have allowed them to move in and store items in the property prior to lease start date. I've also provided some cleaning supplies and other household items.

All of these things were understood prior to signing our lease agreement. "Agreement" being the operative word here.

Of course I can say no, for which I did as was noted in my original post. The point of this forum is for us to bounce ideas off of each other and provide helpful guidance.
