You don't get her to sign another lease. You can give her notice, nicely, that she needs to set an appointment by this date and have the lease signed by that date. If you do not hear from her in the set time you need to issue a quit. You need to look up your state laws and find you the timeline for you notice to move is. Also read your other statues regarding a non renewal of a lease. Also dependent on what type of lease.
