I just realized that on my lease my landlord charged $25 a day after the 5th day. I did sign the lease saying this, but is that even legal?

Perfectly legal in NJ, however, late fees can't be too excessive tho. I don't charge late fees unless my tenant are chiefs and are consistently late.
