I'm a lawyer. My law firm has brought a class action case against DIRECTV challenging its policy of making attachments on rooftops and in other common areas without obtaining permission directly from the landlord. I would like to talk with you. Please call or email me.

I also have a contract with my tenant stating no sattlite dishes within written consent and then called directv to find out why they didn't get consent from me and they were worthless. Ran wires up my house and attached dish on roof. When I asked for copy of the contract they told me my tenant had to get it or an attorney. I can't believe that it's MY house.

Any advice

Just found out my renter had dish installed on the roof even though there was a pole in the back yard from a previous time I had dish the dish was there and it ran through the existing cable. Please contact me back. This was a new home and now it looks ugly with all the extra connections. 715-701 1793.

Direct TV just installed on my rental house without my permission they drilled into the roof and damaged the roof along with drilling into the exterior stucco which I now will have to pay a contractor to repair the holes. Please contact me at 559-359-8615. This is the second time they have installed without my permission I just fixed the holes from the previous tenent and now I have the same problem. I can also be reached at ls67767@yahoo.com.

Please let me know the best way to approach Direct TV for installing without my permission. Direct will not provide any information, but I can only imagine my tenant represented himself as the owner.

Thank you,

Melissa Davis
