Your information is wrong and could likely get the LL Stone paying damages and costs to the tenant. You cant lock them out. As others stated many tenants leave their doors unlocked. It is not illegal.

While I agree that the landlord cannot lock the tenant out, leaving the premises unsecured may be against the lease.

The tenant is being evicted and has 10 days to get out before a sheriff will force them out. I seriously do not think the tenant cares about that lease.
