You need to see what info/docs your PM collected on the ex-tenant. Surely the PM has an application form which provides employer, personal contacts, etc. I'd start there. You can personally serve at employment in most cases, or you might get a friend to drop info on where the ex-tenant's living now, and you can personally serve him there. You must gain personal service in order to obtain a money judgment. Also, you might try using the "address service requested" option with the post office; you can find info on this at the USPS.gov website. Good luck.
