If it were me I would keep "at arms length" from this T. Don't acknowledge her e-mails. Keep them, but store them in a electronic folder with Renter Jane (or whatever). Keep don't delete. print off if you want for file. I would correspond by a letter to the T after the inspection and keep a copy for yourself. Noting the roof leak was repaired and no mold was found. Don't play into her power struggle by responding to e-mails.
