I am keeping it as light and friendly as possible, I am trying NOT to get my hubby involved because then, it will turn unfriendly I think, lol. I did ask for her to tell me when they move in so I don't have to pay for the lawn care, she said she would let me know, so, now that I have your advise in hand, I am getting ready to mail some things the movers packed accidentally that belong to that house {garage door opener and some use instructions of the dishwasher etc} so, I will add a short friendly letter too!
