You can't.
This is going to be a cruel, expensive lesson. Don't buy property with people without a contract detailing your rights and responsibilities.

of course you can have them removed ...you were right about cruel and expensive.
it's called a partition action. you file a law suit and you end up buying them out - you absolutely need a lawyer to advise you

Her question, and perhaps I misinterpreted it, sounded as if she just wanted to remove the other parties from the deed. Not partition the property.
Would a partition action even allow the OP to keep the property? Not just force a sale and divvy up the proceeds?

a partition action would allow any of the parties to eventually pay off the others and retain ownership- if the price can be worked out. Since the parties can't agree, the judge makes the ultimate decision.
Most times, by the time the court fees & attorney fees are paid, working it out yourselves is much more affordable.
Of course, someone must have the available funds, the ability to obtain financing, or (not likely) work out a private payment plan with the other owners.
If you like real estate "stuff", google "push pull agreement" - for a nerd like me, it is the coolest thing ever !!
